BAOR Battlefield Guides
This series of Battlefield Guides were produced by Headquarters, British Army of the Rhine (BAOR) in 1946/47. They were designed to capitalize on the expertise still available in an attempt to help the army learn the lessons of various operations during the North West Europe Campaign fought between June 1944 and March 1945. Battlefield Historian have reproduced this series for the Battlefield Tourist, Military Historian, Wargamer or anyone with an interest in this period of the Second World War.
They covered the following operations in the Campiagn in North-West Europe (June 1944 - May 1945):
GOODWOOD | Operations of 8 Corps East of the River Orne (Normandy) 18 - 22 July 1944, with particular reference to 11th Armoured Division |

VARSITY | Airborne operations of XVIII United States Corps (Airborne) in support of the crossing of the River Rhine 24 - 25 March 1945, with particular reference to 6th British Airborne Division |

RE The Seine to the Rhine Vol 1 | The Seine to the Rhine. This second volume of the Royal Engineers account of the campaign in Europe 1944-1945 covers operations from after the Seine crossing to the Rhine crossing by 30 Corps in March 1945. |
RE The Seine to the Rhine Vol 1 | This volume contains the details of how to conduct battlefield tours covering the areas detailed in Volume 1. |
These documents are incredibly rare and two of them are not attainable in any form.
